About our shipping policies

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100 

Every order is a priority at Elma’s Clothing. We personally hand package and check the quality of every item before the order is shipped.

All orders are shipped within 1-3 days after you make a purchase and shipped through USPS. Typical delivery USPS time frame is between 3-5 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier.

Once you select your shipping speed and the order is processed, you will receive a tracking number. All orders are shipped with the tracking number and you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as postal, weather, or holiday delays.

All orders over $100, after tax and shipping costs, will be shipped for free. No code or coupon is necessary to take advantage of this perk. Simply add items to your cart and the free shipping will be applied at checkout.

To ship to multiple addresses

If you're shopping for several people at once and want to ship your various items to several addresses, you must place a separate order for each address. A single order cannot be shipped to multiple addresses. Applicable shipping fees apply to each order placed.

Changing or canceling your order

Contact us or send an email to elmasclothing@gmail.com immediately after placing your order, and we'll do everything we can to accommodate your request.

Our automated processes fill orders extremely quick, so the time window for changes or cancellations is very short. Once your order is processed and shipped we are no longer able to make any changes and you are responsible for the items.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. If the address given is wrong, kindly notify us via email at elmasclothing@gmail.com. If the given address is wrong, we can change the address to the correct one prior the shipment.

No refund will be given after parcel is shipped or delivered to the wrong address.  

NOTE: If you cancel an item purchased with a promotion or special deal, you may not be eligible to receive that promotion or discount again.
