Exchange or Return
- If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product or for a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted and sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Please email email@example.com and include your order number in the subject line.
- We will email you a prepaid return label to print.
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will received by email.
- Repackage your items in the original packaging and include the invoice the items came with originally.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Additional Information:
- Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment.
- Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return.
- We are not responsible for missing or lost packages. Please contact USPS or your local post office to file a claim.
